Step inside to discover a thoughtfully designed interior showing elegance and functionality. The spacious living areas are bathed in natural light, offering a seamless flow between indoors and outdoors.

The property features four generously sized bedrooms, providing enough space for the whole family.

3 queen beds have iAdjust Quest 2.0 adjustable frames with remote controls to lower or adjust the head of the bed, foot of the bed, and height and each has a Chiro energy mattress.

3rd Bedroom: 1 x Queen.

4th Bedroom: 4 x Singles.

The 4th Bedroom located downstairs also offers 2 extra single beds with high quality Breathe mattresses. The beds are currently set up to serve as a couch along the wall - pillows, blankets, and doonas will be provided for guest use.

There is heating in every room. It is provided via reverse cycle air-conditioning in every bedroom and living room ( one is a ducted system that covers the Piano room and the mid-level bedroom). The air conditioning heats and cools each room and underfloor heating in each of the 4 bathrooms.

NOTE: Arrival Time for PEAK & HIGH Seasons is 4:00 pm. All other seasons have a 2:00 pm check-in.

Peak: Dec & Jan School Holidays (7 Night Minimum), Easter (4 Night Minimum).

High: Dec, Jan, School Holidays, Long Weekends(3 Night Minimum).

Mid: Feb, Mar, Apr, July School Holidays, Sept, Oct, Nov.

Low: May, Jun, Jul, Aug.
