Are you ready to enjoy a forever summer this year? Experience the benefits of a South Coast lifestyle renting a 2 bedroom fully furnished cottage in the pristine beach village of Manyana.
 
Located 2.5 hours from Sydney, the cottage is available for 3 month (13 weeks) lease. All utilities and internet are provided.
 
You will have exclusive use of the house.  Stay the whole time and enjoy a long holiday, bring your laptop and “work from home” or come and go throughout the 3 months.  
 
The property is suitable for up to 4 people such as a solo visitor looking to get away from it all; one or two couples who want to enjoy the many activities in the area; a small family (kids 13 and older) who want their own holiday house.
 
Manyana is one of the five villages nestled between multiple ocean beaches, Lake Conjola and National Parklands. The cottage is a short walk to Manyana Beach or a short drive to Cunjurong Point, Bendalong, North Bendalong and Berringer Lake.
 
Get up early and watch the sunrise; enjoy a swim or a surf at Green Island; or paddle boarding at Washerwoman’s Beach, maybe kayaking or fishing on Lake Conjola is your thing. Explore the many tracks through the National Park for hiking and mountain biking.  Go to the “Bendy Hub” for a barista coffee and beach cafe breakfast, where you can also get all your essential groceries, beer and wine. Check out the local wildlife including kangaroos in the front yard, dolphins and whales, native birds and giant stingrays at the Bendalong Boat-ramp. Maybe join in a local beachside yoga class. Read, play board games, BREATHE the sea air. Don’t forget to watch the full moon rise at Inyadda Beach.
 
The property is located within easy distance of the quaint historic town of Milton and famous Mollymook Beach and is an easy base for adventures throughout the South Coast including the white sands and clear blue waters of Jervis Bay, the various hiking trails in the Budawang Mountains, water sports on Lake Conjola and the various wineries located up and down the coast.
