It is only an easy 1 km stroll to the main surf beach and ocean access boat ramp at Bastion Point (seasonally patrolled during the peak seasons), and you are also only a short distance away from the Mallacoota Golf club, and the main center of town with shops, cafes and pubs!
The Property provides guests with with a portacot and high chair, multiple 'rainy-day' activities such as board games and DVD's and also some beach equipment for guest use - making for a no fuss trip to the beach!
The property has a barbecue and a fully fenced backyard, with room for secure car and boat parking. The property is pet friendly, but outdoors only please. The kitchen is equipped with all the comforts you will need such as a microwave, toaster and kettle - just to name a few - and also includes linen and towels.

Peak Season: December 20th - January 31st and Easter long weekend
$1,880 p/w or $ 268.57 p/n - 7 night minimum
Shoulder Season: February 1st - April 30th and September 1st - December 19th
$1,380 p/w or $197.14 p/n - 3 night minimum
Off Peak Season: May 1st - August 31st
$ 1130 p/w or $ 161.42 p/n - 3 night minimum
