This peaceful unit is situated up a flight of stairs from the left side of the Swordfish Brewery parking lot and overlooks the beautiful Sussex Inlet canal.

• Linen and towels ARE supplied at this property.
• Aircon is available.
• One dedicated Car Park is available with extra off-street parking also available.
• No WIFI available.
• No smoking inside the unit.
• No Pets allowed.

The kitchenette comes equipped with a bar fridge, electric frypan, toaster, sandwich maker and a kettle. All cutlery, crockery and kitchen incidentals are provided for your convenience.
