A stunning semi-furnished (also able to rent un-furnished), North facing, freshly painted, three level home with a fully fenced level garden. Enjoy views of the ocean in Terrigal from the comfort of your new home!.

Hosting two separate living areas (each with a 75" smart TV), large main bedroom (with bathroom, study area, air-conditioning and a 55" smart TV). Two commercial sized air-conditioning units ensure a warm home on a cold day and a cool home on those sweltering summer days.

Kids get to watch their preferred shows in their own area, whilst parents relax in the lounge or cook up a storm in the kitchen / outdoor BBQ which has a large teak table, enveloped with fairy lights.

Being North facing, the house has a sunny disposition with lots of friendly/beautiful people walking past, either exercising themselves or their furry animals on their way to the beach (getting their daily dose of Vitamin "Sea").

Birds singing, scents of frangipani flowers, ocean salt air along with a distant hum of cars on their way to either Terrigal Beach / boardwalk or The Skillion. This house boasts a peaceful presence you can't explain until you have experienced it yourself.

Plenty of public parking (close to your doorstep) aswell as a double garage with a remote control. Having an interleading door from the garage straight into your home means you can lift your shopping bags straight into your kitchen.
**The driveway would be tricky for smaller cars and risks scraping underneath, however easily accessed by a 4x4 / SUV.

Open to considering a short term rental for this semi-furnished home. Simply reach out and we will take your present situation into account.

Smaller dogs considered. Due to the hardwood floors and furnishings, we do not accept larger breeds.
