The keys to the premises are not to be copied. If the keys are lost the Guest is responsible to replace or engage a Locksmith to replace required locks on the property.
Where applicable Body Corporate Rules and Regulations shall be complied with.
The property is not serviced. That is, the tenant is responsible for provision and cleaning of bed, bathroom, and kitchen provision of consumables (i.e. Laundry & kitchen detergent, toilet paper etc.). The tenant is also to clean after use the BBQ, Oven, All crockery, cutlery and Kitchen items to be cleaned and placed back into storage. Dishwasher is also to be unpacked.
Property with pool. Glass items including all drinking bottles / glasses are STRICTLY PROHIBITED within the pool area.
Property with pool. NO running in the pool area, bomb diving into the pool, responsible behaviour is to be adhered to at all times.
Property with pool. ADULT SUPERVISION during pool activities, when a child under the age of 18 years, is a MUST AT ALL TIMES. At any time the pool gate is NOT to be left open, and key locked after use.
With telephone / postal / website bookings the description of the premises by the agent is made in good faith but no responsibility for misdescription can be accepted.
Where applicable Body Corporate Rules and Regulations shall be complied with.
No responsibility is taken for tenant/s personal property left on the premises.
In the event the said premises become unavailable for occupancy though unforeseen circumstances (i.e. Change of ownership, fire, storm damage, etc.) then the Agent will inform the tenant and endeavour to obtain a suitable alternative premises for this tenancy; if a property suitable to the tenant cannot be located, then all moneys paid will be refunded to the tenant.
