Berrara Breeze is the perfect coastal retreat, offering a spacious and comfortable stay just 200 meters from the pristine beach and lagoon in Berrara. This beautifully appointed 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home accommodates up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families or groups seeking a relaxed and carefree holiday.

Things to note about the property:
- King Sheets are supplied at this property but, towels and all other sheets are not (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
- Aircon and WIFI are available.
- Garage Access is Not Available (1 Space for a small car/boat or jetski)
- No smoking inside the house
- No Pets allowed.

As you arrive at Berrara Breeze, you'll enter through the side gate, where you're greeted by a welcoming patio furnished with an outdoor lounge and dining table—an ideal spot to unwind after a day at the beach or out on the water. A large ceiling fan ensures comfort during warm summer days.

Step inside to find a well-designed kitchen, which features modern appliances, including a dishwasher, and offers lovely views of the outdoor area. The kitchen seamlessly connects to the first dining area, perfect for casual meals with easy access to the outdoor space. Just off the kitchen, you'll discover a cozy bar area with stools and a mini bar fridge, as well as a second dining room and lounge, providing additional spaces to relax and entertain.

The main living area is inviting and versatile, with multiple seating arrangements and an entertainment cabinet filled with movies, board games, and a Wii, ensuring fun for everyone. The large circular dining table off the living room is perfect for gathering the whole group for meals.

A hallway leads from the dining area to three of the four bedrooms, the main bathroom, and the laundry. Each bedroom is equipped with ducted air conditioning to maintain the perfect temperature year-round, as well as ceiling fans and built-in wardrobes for your convenience. The main bathroom is spacious, featuring a large vanity, a full bathtub, and a shower, while the laundry is equipped with both a washer and dryer.

The master suite is situated at the front of the house, offering a private retreat with a king bed, built-in wardrobe, and an ensuite with a shower and toilet. Enjoy quiet moments on the front door patio, where comfortable chairs invite you to soak up the afternoon sun.

The backyard is a tranquil space with a small patio area for BBQs and a grassed area, perfect for outdoor dining or simply relaxing in the fresh coastal air.

Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
