A lush, well-maintained garden surrounds the building, and the bloc is directly opposite the expansive Carlton Gardens.
There is easy access to public transport, and it is a 7-minute walk to the CBD.
Queen size bed. Luxury linens. Small sofa.
Internet. Wall heater.
We provide bed linen and can arrange fortnightly cleans. Rent is based on length of stay, cleaning requirements etc.
This is an open plan studio apartment. Approx sqm is 25.
There is no on site parking. We also don't have a tv or laundry facilities but can provide linen changeovers as part of cleaning fees.
