Please note that all applicants are checked with TICA and rental and other references are contacted, with the relevant consent provided by the applicant. Rental is $520.00 per week, including electricity and water. A minimum 4-week stay applies. The first 4 weeks' rent is to be paid before commencement of the stay, plus a $500 cleaning deposit and $100 key deposit. Extended stays may be available on request, subject to availability and upon application.
