Village facilities include 2 swimming lagoons, 2 playgrounds, a 7-day reception, convenience store, 3 guest laundries (with washing machines, dryers & clotheslines), tennis court and barbecue areas.
Rental Conditions: A Short Term Rental Application form is required to be completed, (with relevant ID and references) and approved prior to a reservation being made. Rental is $640.00/week, including electricity and water, with a minimum 4 week stay applies. The first 4 weeks' rent is to be paid before commencement of the stay, plus a $500 cleaning deposit, $100 key and boomgate swipe card deposit and $80 carpet cleaning fee.
