Welcome to Hill Top Water and Bush Views, a stunning two-story holiday home located in the picturesque town of Sussex Inlet. With its ideal blend of tranquillity, breathtaking natural surroundings, and ample space for up to nine guests, this holiday home promises a memorable getaway.
Things to note about the property:
- Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
- Aircon is available.
- No Garage Access
- No smoking inside the house
- No Pets allowed and No WIFI
Inside
As you step inside, you'll find yourself on the first level, where you'll discover a cozy and well-appointed bedroom, ensuring a comfortable night's rest. A convenient bathroom awaits, offering privacy and convenience.
The first level also features a charming kitchenette, for preparing light meals and snacks. Gather around the dining table for a delightful meal, or relax in the inviting lounge room, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. From the lounge room, you can access the backyard.
Moving up to the second level, you'll be greeted by an open-plan kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, allowing you to simply enjoy the convenience of preparing home-cooked meals.
Adjacent to the kitchen and dining area, you'll find another lounge room. The second level also houses three additional comfortable bedrooms, ensuring everyone in your group has their own private space. A second bathroom is conveniently located to accommodate the needs of the guests on this level.
Outside
To take advantage of the picturesque surroundings, Hill Top Water and Bush Views feature both front and back verandas. Start your day with a cup of coffee on the front veranda, taking in the scenic views. In the evenings, unwind on the back veranda, savouring the serenity of the water and bush setting.
Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
