You have ocean views from your windows and doors in this area. Off the living area is a balcony with unreal sea breezes and ocean views. The upstairs areas have ducted airconditioning and flyscreens. The yard is fully fenced and outside pets are allowed. This property is just a short walk to the end of the street to the beach.

No smoking in house. Tenant is responsible for all fees for all service connections and to pay for all water usage. Tenants to pay for pool chemicals and look after pool as no pool services are supplied.
