Loganlea, QLD, 4131, Australia

The suburb of Loganlea is a small portion, just one town away from another in the early days.

The area originally had two settlements - Slacks Creek and Waterford- which are both near enough that they could have been considered part if not completely separate entities at different points during history;

But it's interesting how these enclaves came together as well when you think about where we currently sit on our map today.

There was once an important bridge over what became known locally back then: "Logan’s Bridge" (so named because its first inhabitant) who built his home right next door across.
