(a must have I think!) The back door leads out to a staircase to downstairs, but I haven't finished up here yet. Around the corner to the second bedroom just waiting for me, sorry, your guests. It is large and airy with a wall of built-ins, a ceiling fan and double windows looking out to the tropical back yard. Next down the hallway is the bathroom and main bedroom. This large room has the french doors opening onto the front deck, air conditioning and a ceiling fan.
This house is lovely and the present owners have furnished it beautifully, and the furniture can also be negotiated with the sale. Going downstairs now and I'm in a huge double length carport, under the deck. Room for the car and a caravan. Then under the house is a large storage area and huge area with plenty of room to build in extra accommodation or hobby rooms, man cave etc. Out the back to the tropical gardens with a small spring fed creek running through, so nice.
