Very pretty and neat is my first impression as I walk into the gravel driveway to 5 Vine Street. A large 2 car garage, separate to the house. An abundance of electrical switches and loads of space for the home handyman. Onto the welcoming verandah, overlooking a nice garden and grassed area. The house is fully fenced and gated so great for the kids and pets. Double glass sliding doors let me into a really large open kitchen and living area. Very deceiving from outside! Ceiling fans, pull down blinds and screens, air-conditioning and hybrid flooring all make for a very comfortable oasis. The kitchen is a good space, lots of cupboards, double sink, electric stove, oven and range hood. There is also solar installed so no need to worry about the rising power bills. There is a door to this area to keep the air-con and noise in. Into a hall and the first door opens to a lovely laundry, lots of storage and a glass door out to a landing and a few steps out to the clothes line. The second door is a separate loo. The large bathroom is next, with a bath, shower, vanity and second loo. This also opens into the main bedroom with built-ins. Next door is the second bedroom, again with built-ins. A smaller third bedroom with a single built-in and then a very large linen press back out in the hall. No lack of storage in this place. Outside there is a water tank and a large covered cemented area with pretty garden beds surrounding. A lovely and surprisingly large home needing new owners. The house has been renovated so just move in and enjoy! Call me now to arrange an inspection, you won't be disappointed.
