The unit is part of a dual-occupancy property. The lower front level is leased to a real estate agency and is separated from the residential unit which is accessed from the rear.
Living and kitchen are on ground floor with bathroom and 2 bedrooms are on the upper floors.
The house is well-maintained. Roof has just been replaced. The cooker is functional however can also be replaced with a new cooker upon request.
There are two storage rooms outside which can be used for laundry and storage purposes.
Off street parking plus plenty of parking on council’s carpark at the rear. We are hoping to find a long-term tenant.
