To be clear the rent includes electricity, water, and internet. The free unlimited internet is broadband cable FTTP, so pretty fast. However the free internet is turned off between midnight and 5:30am. This may not suit shift workers but is non negotiable.
Due to be inundated with applicants. The showings are any time during daylight hours Friday 19 Nov - Sunday 21 Nov by appointment. If no appointment be there at 4pm Friday. I will then take the advertisement down and choose a tenant who can afford the bond and rent, is tidy and can shift in soon. This means I might choose tenant from Monday and have someone shift in from Monday 22 November. Must be able to move in within a few weeks.
