We will require your application before inspections are booked for eligible applicants. (Please do not apply through 1Form or any other portal as applications will not be accepted.)
The approved applicant will be required to pay a holding deposit of one week's rent ($400) when notified of their successful application and then a further one weeks rent and a rental bond of four weeks rent at the time of signing the lease. We do not accept bond transfers.
It is the tenant's responsibility to arrange their own utility connections. We are able to assist you with this and do have a company who offer this service. If you would like assistance with this matter, please contact our property managers, Kate Morgan or Gail Copper and they can arrange for them to contact you.
