Features include ensuite, two living areas, air-conditioning and wood fire place, carport and covered entertaining area in a quiet location close to high school and golf club. This property is strictly NO pets and lock up garage is not included with this rental.
Once your enquiry is received, our agency will contact you with a link to our rental application form or you can access the application form on our website - www.meridianpg.com.au. We will require your application before inspections are booked for eligible applicants. (Please do not apply through 1Form or any other portal as applications will not be accepted.)
The approved applicant will be required to pay a holding deposit of one weeks rent ($500) when notified of their successful application and then a further one weeks rent and a rental bond of 4 weeks rent at the time of signing the lease. We do not accept bond transfers.
It is the tenants responsibility to arrange their own utility connections. We are able to assist you with this and do have a company who offer this service. If you would like assistance with this matter, please contact our property managers, Kate Morgan or Gail Copper and they can arrange for them to contact you.
