Once you application has been received and identification provided and you have had the basic checks completed which are that you have met the minimum standards (eg. Not listed on TICA and meet the affordability criteria), you will be invited to inspect the property. All further referencing will take place once you have viewed the property and confirm that the property is suitable.
Please be aware that due to high enquiries on many properties if the correct information is not supplied, your application will be delayed whilst we seek this information or may be declined if request for the required information is not supplied.
To avoid delays, please provide the following:
1. An email address for your current and previous property manager if you are renting
2. If you are renting privately, please provide a full name, contact number and email address
3. If you previously or currently owned a property - please provide copies of your mortgage statement, proof of paid Urban Utilities or Rates for the home
4. If you are employed - please provide the name, number and email address for HR or Payroll
5. If you are currently unemployed, receiving Centrelink benefit (JobSeeker, Carers Payment or Disability Pension) - Please provide an up to date copy of your Income Statement. Please note it must be the Income Statement as it shows the true breakdown of your payment.
6. Sufficient ID is required - 1 x Government Issued Photo ID (Drivers License, Proof of Age Card or Passport), Medicare Card, 4 x current payslips or income statement.
All potential tenants who have submitted an application and have met the minimum requirements will be contacted with a viewing time when it is available.
