About this Property

This is a small two 'single' bedroom cottage on Lazy Acres at Cowley Beach that is now available for rent.( New tenant approved was not able to take the rental).

There are a couple of other rental homes on the property but plenty of open spaces between each house to offer privacy. The rental price includes electricity—an ever-increasing cost in this current market. We ask you are respectful of its use. It has a fully screened front veranda —what a great place to catch the sea breeze. The kitchen is new. It is a combined kitchen/dining/lounge area that is 'as one' and quite compact. If you have a large piece of furniture and a big TV it may not fit! One bedroom has an A/C that will cool the entire cottage. Easy care vinyl floors. The bathroom/toilet room and laundry are out along the back undercover patio. It also features:-

A small fenced yard for you to maintain.

Plenty of room for a veggie patch.

Plenty of tank water for the tenant's use. ( no town water at Cowley Beach)

Full-length carport along the length of the cottage ( plenty of undercover parking for a vehicle and a boat.)

House 2 is less than a 100m walk to the beach.

Cowley Beach is a quiet family fishing village with beachfront and river boat launch points. Lazy Acres is just a 20-25 min drive north to Innisfail and a further hour onto Cairns.

If this Lazy Acres beachside lifestyle sounds like you, why not put in an application. (Application required before inspection). It would really suit a single; a couple; or 2 singles at a pinch. If you have applied for this rental before please do not apply again. NB There is some work being done on the acreage, so you need to be aware of the movement of machinery from time to time.

A cat or a very small dog may be approved depending on references for the animal. We are very mindful because of the wildlife on the farm.
