There is tank water available, space for a veggie patch and a chook run for use also. The property is located within a sugar cane farm with low maintenance lawns and gardens and is located a short drive from Woodburn. Due to there being no houseyard fence, SORRY NO PETS, If you have a pet please do not apply for this property.

Inspections will be conducted once applications are received. Once we receive your application, we will contact you to arrange a time.
The approved applicant will be required to pay a holding deposit of one weeks rent ($485) when notified of their successful application and then a further one weeks rent, and a rental bond of 4 weeks rent at the time of signing the lease. We do not accept bond transfers.
It is the tenant's responsibility to arrange their own utility connections. We are able to assist you with this and do have a company who offer this service. If you would like assistance with this matter, please contact our property managers, Gail Copper and Kate Morgan and we can arrange for them to contact you.
