- Wongawallan is near Oxenford, Upper Coomera and Coomera Westfield. It is on your way up to Mt Tamborine
-the surroundings are green and lush and the property is a 10-15 minute drive from the M1.
- attractions such as bush walks, cafes, restaurants, farms and wedding chapels and venues.
- it is near Dream World, Top golf and the outback show.
- the nearest coles, pharmacy and bottle shop are a 5-10 minute drive and there is a petrol station, subway, burger shop, Thai restaurant, café and Indian restaurant in the same vicinity.
- the English pub, The Fox and Hound is 2 minutes up the road heading towards Mt Tamborine.
- there is a Bunnings, feed store, large Woolworths and K mart a 15 minute drive towards the M1.
