It’s a cosy house with expansive light filled living areas which would suit a family who enjoy being at home. The bedrooms are generous sized with built in robes. The large, rambling garden has a number of fruit and nut trees including a lemon, a cherry, a plum, and a grove of 8 hazel trees. It’s a haven for native pollinators and honeybees and a welcome place for a wide variety of birds that visit throughout the day.
It’s a quiet established neighbourhood with local shops and playgrounds within a short walk, a variety of schools within riding distance and the bus is a 2 minute walk away.
The terms of our AAMI landlord insurance are clear that there is no subletting, including AirB&B and other short stay leasing arrangements.
Pets by written agreement only
No smoking
We manage the property and are looking for long term tenants who we can have a good relationship with. We will be using the half of the shed for storage and need occasional access to it. This access is through the back of the carport and would be with agreed notice to respect your privacy.
