“Cosy Cottage” is a one bedroom cottage with another little bedroom or rumpus room sleeping up to 3 people and has a very homely atmosphere with extensive use of warm timbers. It has it’s own kitchen, dinning place, living area, bathroom and washing machine.
It is situated on an organic farm with lots of nice trees and wildlife away from the main road and is very quiet, but very close to everything, you may need.
Both Cottages are well suited for longer stays and multi-night and weekly discounts are available. Everything is included in the price heating, electricity, wifi, towels and linen. No extra costs for renting. The location offers a good base to experience all the attractions in the south. The nearby townships of Franklin and Huonville provide shops and places to eat.

Franklin is about 45 km south west of Hobart. We have as well a little Farm stall on the Property which supply homemade and homegrown products from the farm. We are an organic farm and grow and make a lot of things our self. You will enjoy the unique atmosphere on our place and will feel totally relaxed from a busy life style.
