Jamie from McGrath in Castle Hill, Thanks for joining PropTech Carpool with Soho. - Thanks for having me - Baulkham Hills, I guess there’s a lot of people wanting to move and invest in Baulkham Hills. What's the big attraction? Why do so many people want to be there? - I've got no idea. No in all seriousness, it's really, a great family area. Apart from, you know, connectivity to the city i.e. you know, buses and transport, and just arterial roads to get into the city. We're not that far away but nice big, large, you know, blocks of land, great schools, really highly rated with NAPLAN, public schools and then you've got your private schools as well. So, you know, to settle your family now and you're going to get a nice, established location, decent sized home, plenty of space for the kids to play, and safe neighborhoods, low crime rates.
