It’s no wonder the development is creating such waves in the property market—it’s been years in the making and construction is set to commence in 2023.
“We worked through all the period of architectural design and planning. We positioned the apartment layouts and numbers so Ode would be a genuinely premium and exclusive project”, Brad tells us.
So exclusive, in fact, that the downsizing couple were eager to make the jump even before the listings came on the market a fortnight ago.
“Other buyers have now come forward to place deposits in the same manner”, Brad affirms.
