Notice is hereby given that the below listed properties will be offered for sale by public auction by the District Council of Mount Remarkable exercising its powers under Section 184(6) of the Local Government Act 1999 (SA) for sale of land for non-payment of rates.
To be offered as two separate lots;
SALE LOT 11 - 10 Babbage Road Appila SA 5480
House & sundry shedding on fenced block.
No useable bathroom facilities.
SALE LOT 22 - Lot 16 (DP822), Appila (landlocked property near Appila Road)
Landlocked block within cropping paddock.
• There will be no site inspections of the properties.
• Properties will be auctioned and contracted "as is" on the date of settlement.
• Bidders must register with the auctioneer on or before 1PM 12/3/24 . A Zoom link to bid online will be provided to registered online bidders.
• A payment of a 10% deposit is required on the fall of the hammer.
• Contract, Form 1 and Property Searches available 3 business days prior and 30 mins prior to Auction.
• A property cannot be purchased through the Council before the auction date.
• Settlement period will be 60 days
