So that is one of the critical thing a lot of people will tend to, you know, the first property they make money, right but their second property they make a wrong purchase. So you see, no right no wrong. Some people probably from the start, they make, they bought a resale flat. they really didn't make much but the second property they do it right. Some people they unknowingly they bought the right property right which is I say a BTO flat they just bought for the sake of buying because a lot of people buy, so everyone buys right, they just follow the trend but the second property, now family comes already why because they have kids the family grows bigger, you know, stuff like that, so they need a bigger space. That’s where. they probably make a wrong choice. They bought a resale flat. Of course, I don't blame some people because I've seen people who really have a huge number of people, family staying they have four five kids, they have parents, then you really need a big space. So they have to balance it up, so they when they buy the property, they will know that my objective is just space, I know I won’t make much but you know, I buy because of space, so this group of people they are okay. Why because they won’t what I say, in Hokkien, you know, they won’t regret, they won’t feel bad, because they know why they buy it for, they know that they probably bought a wrong purchase, but they are okay with it because they just want the space, then they would know how to make money from other sources, So no right no wrong, it depends on the individual.
