Stefon Bertram is Founder & Group CEO of Pello. Representing a new generation of real estate industry leader, Stefon’s passion and focus is on building a high-performance team culture and systems to achieve outstanding results for clients and agents alike. At 21 Stefon created his first real estate business, which grew so quickly it sold to a major franchise just five years later. Prior to launching Pello in April 2022, Stefon ranked among the REB’s top 20 agents Australia-wide. Known for his professionalism, energy, negotiating skills and innovative approach, Stefon has helped thousands of premium clients through the sales process, winning numerous awards in recognition of his entrepreneurial skills along the way. He’s also coached many of Australia’s top premium agents on lifting their peak performance and customer experience. As Pello’s Group CEO Stefon is focussed on developing the agency’s unique market segment specialist model and leading Mastery team coaching, mentoring and empowerment. His vision is to build Pello into Australia’s leading premium real estate agency with a performance edge, run by a team of leaders, focussed on professional excellence and personal fulfilment. Pello’s three Northern Sydney teams have already transacted over 500 properties, selling over AUD$1 billion in premium Sydney real estate. Stefon is an active member and advocate of the industry in Australia and internationally. He has attended countless worldwide conferences, including The Inman Conference in New York. He also appears as an in-demand speaker at multiple events, including Australia’s no.1 real estate conference AREC and continues to feature on industry podcasts and media.
