Peter originally started in real estate in Mudgeeraba on the Gold Coast in 1997 and a sale in his first week in the industry caught the competitions eye and the honours have continued since. At the height of his success within one major franchise group in between 1997 & 2000, he was ranked 11th in Queensland out of around seven hundred salespeople and 23rd internationally. Whilst in another major franchise group from 2000 to 2004 he was ranked in the top 10 of Australia on 3-month occasions during that period. Most of Peter’s life he has worked for himself, so the next natural transition, with the amount of success he was having, was to open his own office. Peter joined forces with a partner and together they started “Advantage Real Estate”. After 4 successful years & dominating most of the Mudgeeraba market, they decided to join another major franchise group of which Peter was the driving force. In the 2 years that followed Peter personally sold a staggering $30 million dollars worth of real estate whilst he still performed all the duties that come with running a real estate office. Peter sold out his share of the then 2 offices, Surfers Paradise & Robina, wanting to be based where his clients & friends knew him best, in Mudgeeraba. Peter is proud of the fact that in the last 23 years he has only ever worked in 3 offices selling real estate. He will be the first to state that he does not like being uprooted from what is proven to be successful. So Peter returned to Mudgeeraba, although this time it was in the role as a Sales Manager & co-owner. Peter then took the next step, as he has a habit of being his own boss, and made the move to buy out the partners in February 2006 & became the sole Principal. Peter then sold this business after building it up successfully over 2 years. In November 2008, Peter was approached by the Elders owners (of which he had initially recruited & trained the agents) to join them as a co-owner in the sales & running of Elders Central GC. As usual, Peter took up this challenge & was the sole owner from 2012 to when he sold in in 2018. With over 10 years at Elders Central GC, through Peter’s vast sales experience and his ability to be able to understand what clients want, and then give it to them, Peter & his Elders Central GC team worked hard to achieve higher than average sales results & give their clients a professional experience 2nd to none & definitely was a leading player in the Central Gold Coast & Hinterland real estate market until he sold it in Nov 2018. Peter has started a new brand of real estate, www.MobileRealty.com.au, specializing having mobile agents selling property over the entire Gold Coast area working from one super office. Peter has over 750 personal sales to his credit & and being associated with around 1000 more in teaching or assisting his teams over the years. Peter has been a part of over $400 million dollars worth of sales transactions. There is no doubt that he is a proven performer and leader in the industry. His reputation of being able to do the job quickly, professionally, at a fair rate & achieve a great result is second to none.
