About Melinda Budd

Melinda has worked in the real estate industry for the past 25 years with ten of those being at Ray White Kiama. She truly possesses a passion for real estate. Melinda has a broad knowledge of the industry as she started out as a receptionist then progressed into the property management department then onto being a sales co-ordinator and a personal assistant to Michele Lay the director of Ray White Kiama. Melinda is now a sales executive for Ray White Kiama and is thoroughly enjoying her role. Undertaking four years of real estate study helps Melinda with her everyday tasks. Melinda received a most improved award for Ray White NSW in 2007 and was named employee of the year in 2005. Melinda has seen the Real estate industry evolve from the 80’s through to today, the technology today being unbelievable with many homes now being sold solely over the internet. Melinda grew up in the Kiama area, she and her family now reside in Kiama Downs. Melinda has three children Leon, Lachlan & Shannon who have all attended our local school and participated and also partake in many Kiama sporting groups. Melinda prides herself on being a hands on Mum and volunteering in many roles such as cub leader, and she is currently the Senior Instructor at Kiama Pony Club. Residing in Kiama and having local knowledge helps Melinda list and sell real estate in the area.
