Over the past 26 years, Bob acted as a management consultant with diverse businesses and farming enterprises, operated an Organic Farm in country Victoria for over 15 years, (certified for growing and marketing organic Herbs, Vegetables, Bush foods and Australian Native flowers). In spare time Bob also managed several properties up to 20,000Ha and travelled weekly between Victoria, New South Wales, Tasmania or Queensland visiting clients.
