About Anika Orr

Real Estate has been a part of my life since an early age. For as long as I can remember my family has maintained a portfolio of investment properties, bought, renovated and sold numerous properties and delved into property development. With such a background, it is no wonder that I found my way into the real estate industry. Over the years I have gained good experience in different facets of the industry spending time working in both Residential Property Management and Sales Administration before stepping into a real estate sales role. The wealth of experience that I have gained over the years has helped me to refine my skills in customer service, marketing, time management and problem solving – all of which give my clients a decided advantage in the sale of their home. I believe that selling your home should be a pleasant experience, and a time of looking forward to life’s next adventure. By listening well, paying attention to the details and using clear and timely communication, I am able to deliver this experience to my clients. Outside of real estate, I love photography and getting away to the family farm down south. While my passion for photography has given me an eye for detail, my country roots ensure I haven't forgotten the value of “old-fashioned” principles, honesty and ethics.
