Location:
Approx. 42km South of Cobar to Bulgoo HS, sealed road. The meadow's 55km S/W of Cobar on sealed Ivanhoe Road.

Country:
Generally flat to slight undulating to Mount Windock Range forming the southern boundary. Buckanaroon Creek dispersing through from east to west for approx. 20km. Seasonal water holes and flood out box flats. Predominately timbered with cypress pine, belah, rosewood, mulga, scattered kurrajong, box and yarran flats. Quick responding sandy loam growing a large variety of natural herbages and grasses, scattered blue box and natural salt bush.

Cultivation:
Approx. 3,800Ha over 3 titles, PVP over both properties 2010—2012. 8,000Ha avoid deforestation, carbon project in place until 18/04/2025 with opportunity for further carbon projects—transferred to new owner on settlement showing a very attractive return. A large arid zone research nursery created on the farm by Peter Yench. Variety of salt bush, blue bush, yanga bush, old man salt bush, along with kurrajong trees ready to plant, and a large area prepared for planting.
