O'Reilly's Mt Villas is adjacent to O'Reilly's Rainforest Retreat which is located in the middle of world heritage listed Lamington National Park. The Villas were located on O'Reilly's land - the first time we have sold any of our land since the first generation moved here in 1911. The surrounding land is now owned by the Mt Villa body corporate.



The Villas are situated at the beginning of the 160 kilometres of walking tracks with over 500 rainforest pools and only 400 metres from the iconic Morans Falls. All this but also with mains power and O'Reilly's supply the pristine spring water to your tap and pipe all the waste away - its hassle free.



You rent your villa or live in it or do both - its up to you as the owner.



The rent is not pooled, so what you earn is what you get and the more often you stay the less you earn.

This Villa grossed $110,000 in 2024/25 and netted $60,000.

The 2023/24 year it grossed $129,000 and netted $74,000.



The purchase price includes all the furniture and fixtures and the balance of the refurbishment fund. The refurbishment fund pays for future replacements inside your villa eg your contents. This fund grows from 2.5% of revenue which is assigned to it each month. The refurbishment fund is individually owned by each villa and all the funds transfer with ownership. The benefit of this mechanism is that an owner shouldn't have to put their hand in their pocket when refurbishment is required.
