O'Reilly's Mt Villas is adjacent to O'Reilly's Rainforest Retreat which is located in the middle of world heritage listed Lamington National Park. The rent is not pooled, so what you earn is what you get and the more often you stay the less you earn.

The 2023/24 year it grossed $129,000 and netted $74,000.



The purchase price includes all the furniture and fixtures and the balance of the refurbishment fund. The refurbishment fund pays for future replacements inside your villa eg your contents. This fund grows from 2.5% of revenue which is assigned to it each month. The refurbishment fund is individually owned by each villa and all the funds transfer with ownership. The benefit of this mechanism is that an owner shouldn't have to put their hand in their pocket when refurbishment is required.
