Good morning and evening Sun brightens the rooms. and wonderful views panning from Mount Ainslie to Black Mountain from the balcony. There is a large indoor pool, gym, and sauna.
The flat is just 20 minutes by taxi from the airport and within walking distance to the ANU campus, the Parliamentary Zone, and Civic.
The current tenant had this to say about the apartment: "The neighbours on the 10 floors are all super friendly. I never hear any noise coming from the adjacent apartment. The apartment never gets cold in the Winter due to having the sun all afternoon. I only used the heater, I think, 5 times for about 1 hr the whole 1.5 years I rented the unit. Cell phone reception is very good in the apartment. Never had any issue getting signal."
