Welcome to Sylvan Cottage Student Accommodation in Toowong, a cozy, modern building, which is a great place for Students to call home, while living away from home, here in Brisbane. This is an affordable choice of accommodation for local, regional or international students who may be travelling around the country to study and who want to live close to the City, while on a strict budget.
About Sylvan Cottage:
All studio rooms are air conditioned, vary in size and shape, with all rents per week including all bills, except for the use of the laundry machines. The accommodation is of a dorm style nature and a community feel with people from all over the world living in fully furnished, fully equipped studio rooms, all which have their own breakfast bar areas with Microwave, Toaster, Kettle and most also have en-suites.
All studio rooms range in size, from standard singles, mid-size singles or even larger singles and large rooms for people who want some space.
The building also has a large communal share kitchen for people who like to do a bit more serious cooking, a number of indoor or outdoor sitting areas to dine, to read or chat at, there's also a Pool, outdoor gazebo, Yoga/relaxation area and a couple spare toilets/bathrooms for the use by all but mostly for the rooms who don't actually have their own bathrooms and cleaned every second day. There is also plenty of space for Bikes to be stored securely, Parking for Mopeds/Scooters and Just 8 on site Car Parking spaces which come at an additional cost $10 each per week to the permitted holder.

This property is located within easy reach to many important local amenities, shopping centers and just 5km's from Brisbane's CBD, while UQ is just 3klm's away and Toowong Village just a 15 minute walk.
