Soho Livecast is a streaming platform that lets real estate agents broadcast live property inspections and auctions. It allows buyers and renters to view properties remotely, making it easier to reach a wider audience.
Do I need to connect my CRM to use Soho Livecast?
Yes, you must connect your CRM to use Soho Livecast. Only agents connected to Soho via CRM can livestream, pre-record virtual house tours, or add tour videos to their listings on Soho.com.au. Listing on Soho is free, so visit our For Agents page to connect your CRM and start streaming.
What do "record/stream minutes" mean?
Record/stream minutes refer to the time you spend actively streaming live inspections or recording virtual house tours. For example, if you livestream a property for 10 minutes, that will count as 10 record/stream minutes from your plan’s allowance.
What are "viewing minutes" and how are they used?
Viewing minutes track the total time viewers spend watching your live or recorded virtual property inspection . If one person watches a 10-minute tour, that counts as 10 viewing minutes. If 10 people watch the same tour for 10 minutes each, that counts as 100 viewing minutes.
What happens if I go over my included minutes?
If you exceed your plan’s record/stream or viewing minutes, additional minutes will be charged at $0.60 per minute. You can monitor your usage in your Soho Livecast dashboard to avoid unexpected charges.
How many virtual house tours can I stream with my plan?
The number of virtual house tours you can stream depends on the length of each stream and how many minutes are included in your plan. For example, if your plan includes 15 record/stream minutes, you could stream three 5-minute home tours or one 15-minute tour. The same logic applies to viewing minutes—more viewers watching for longer will use up your allowance faster.
Can I upgrade my plan if I need more minutes?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time if you need more record/stream or viewing minutes. Upgrading to a higher-tier plan gives you more flexibility for hosting live property tours and virtual house tours without worrying about overage fees.
I think I’ll livestream about 5 properties a month. Which plan should I use?
If you plan to livestream 5 properties a month, the Singlecast plan (60) is a great starting point. This gives you about 12 minutes of recording time per property.
How many virtual tours can I store in Soho Livecast?
